First, the intelligent transformation urgently needs to break through the bottleneck of comprehensive connection of equipment and terminals. According to statistics, in the field of machinery manufacturing, the digitization rate of equipment is about 47%, and the networking rate of these equipment is only 40%, which means that the digital networking rate of equipment is less than 20%. Therefore, in order to truly realize the transformation, the digital networking rate of equipment is an extremely core and fundamental issue.

Second, the overall integrated management and control level of the internal business of the enterprise is not high, and the cross-enterprise collaboration is difficult. The third is the lack of industrial technology software capabilities, and the supply capacity of industrial APPs needs to be improved urgently. At present, only about 10% of enterprises have good overall application of industrial software. Although the proportion of other industrial software applications such as ERP is relatively high, their comprehensive benefits to enterprises are not so obvious. More importantly, how to integrate the past production technology with the current data science, and how to transform it into an industrial APP that can be quickly iterated and shared flexibly, still needs to be explored.

From the perspective of development prospects, technology integration, business models and production safety, relevant experts believe that my country's intelligent manufacturing will usher in nine major development trends.

The application of intelligent manufacturing in the automotive industry and 3C electronics has gradually deepened. When enterprises begin to realize that intelligent manufacturing is an important direction for the realization of "Made in China 2025", digitalization, networking, and intelligence can continue to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises.
